MILL

This house is called “Moinho” because it served as an “American type” mill (the iron mill, fixed to the outer wall, was removed when it was deactivated).

It would have been the only mill that served the population of the village.

After that, it served several destinations and was transformed into an “aviary”, where chicks and turkeys were raised.

It was converted into a 2 floors apartment which has, on the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom.

The living room gives access to a full-width porch, to be used in moments of rest and leisure or to have meals.

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom overlooking the mountains, a panoramic bathroom with hydromassage and a balcony with a view of the interior courtyard and the slope of the Serra de Montejunto.

We have a buffet breakfast service, and by ordering in advance we can also serve breakfast in your room or apartment.

Artvilla can also serve you lunch or dinner upon prior order.

Given the characteristics of the apartment, if you want to cook, know where the nearest markets are located, being able to enjoy the freshness of the ingredients from the local markets.
